Ms. Aldigé is Founder and CEO of the Prevent Cancer Foundation, a national non-profit organization. The foundation is recognized as a leader in the fight against cancer through prevention and early detection.  She also serves as vice-chair of the Global Lung Cancer Coalition, a member of the Lung Ambition Alliance.

Ms. Aldigé has served on the board of directors and advisors of eight National Cancer Institute designated Cancer Centers, including the External Advisory Board of the MD Anderson Cancer Center. She served for eight years as president of the National Coalition for Cancer Research; is a member of the boards of Friends of Cancer Research and the Intercultural Cancer Council; serves on the Council of Scientific Advisors of the American Association for Cancer Research; and is a member of the advisory boards of Project ECHO (Extension for Community Health Outcomes, the International Early Lung Cancer Action Program and the Mount Sinai Center for Thoracic Oncology.
