Dr. Lai’s clinical and research interests lie in thoracic oncology, and she is actively involved in clinical trials. She leads the Lung Cancer Consortium Singapore and is chairperson of the Singhealth Lung Centre Pulmonary Nodule Workgroup. Dr. Lai has a strong interest in lung cancer screening and is Principal Investigator for the SingapOre Lung cancer Screening Through Integrating CT with other biomarkErs (SOLSTICE) study – the first lung cancer screening trial conducted in Singapore.
