A multidisciplinary Network
The Lung Cancer Policy Network is led by its members, who are multidisciplinary experts in lung cancer from around the world. Membership is open to individuals and organisations with an interest in: improving the quality of life of people affected by lung cancer, reducing the number of deaths caused by lung cancer and progressing early detection.
There are currently three types of member:
- Members: individuals contributing to the Network’s activities. All members give their time to the Network for free.
- Funders: for-profit companies that contribute to the Network financially or in kind.
- LAA partners: representatives from the four founding partners of the Lung Ambition Alliance (LAA), which initiated the Network. LAA partners contribute to the Network’s activities and some may also contribute funding (as Funders).
