Ignacio is Coordinator at Fundación Pacientes Cáncer de Pulmón, where he leads the design and implementation of patient support programmes and advocates for stronger public health policies on prevention and screening. At the Community Foundation for Comprehensive Care of Cancer Patients (Atención Comunitaria Integral al Paciente Oncológico, ACIAPO Foundation), Ignacio developed and implemented a range of public advocacy projects, with a particular focus on training programmes for primary healthcare professionals. He also contributed to the Interhospital Network of the Rio Salado Basin, an initiative funded by the European Union and the Avina Foundation to strengthen primary healthcare centres.
Ignacio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires, and master’s degrees in Political Science from the University Institute, Graduate School of Economics and Business Administration (Escuela Superior de Economía y Administración de Empresas, ESEADE), in Buenos Aires, and in Administration and Public Policies from the University of San Andrés, Argentina.
