Ms Nurko is a representative for the American Lung Cancer Screening Initiative (ALCSI) at Northeastern University in Boston. She is interested in cardiothoracic surgery and cardiothoracic cancer research, and is involved in the ALCSI INSPIRE study at Dr Chi-Fu Jeffrey Yang’s Thoracic Lab at Massachusetts General Hospital.
