Dr Marušić is Clinical Lead for the LHC programme at the Telemedicine Clinic. He is also the Lead Radiologist for the National Lung Cancer Screening Programme in Croatia. As a member of the Croatian Society of Radiology, he has played a key role in the programme’s design, administration and implementation. Dr Marušić has received specialist and advanced training in radiology, including oncological radiology, at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and at Mount Sinai Hospital. Currently also active as Associated Professor at University department for Forensic Sciences, University of Split, Croatia.
He is President of the Croatian Thoracic Imaging Society and a member of the Croatian Medical Chamber, UK General Medical Council, European Respiratory Society, European Society of Thoracic Imaging, European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC), Tuberculosis Network European Trials Group (TBnet) and Nontuberculous Mycobacteria Network European Trials Group (NTM-NET).
