Lynsey has spent more than 35 years working as a healthcare communicator and charity lead; 20 of those years were spent working with the UK Lung Cancer Coalition. She has been instrumental in developing the coalition, leading on its external affairs programme as well as launching 20 milestone reports.

In 2025, she was appointed CEO of ALK Positive UK.
