Maëlle-Marie Troadec

Maëlle-Marie is an AI health policy researcher with a dual background in academic research and clinical AI implementation. At the MIT Jameel Clinic and the MIT Computer Science and AI Lab (with Prof. Regina Barzilay) she has been investigating regulatory and institutional frameworks that support the safe and equitable adoption of AI in healthcare. She is specifically interested in how AI-based screening strategies, particularly for lung cancer, can support better health outcomes.

Maëlle-Marie holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cambridge (UK) and a Master’s in Management from ESSEC Business School (France). Before joining MIT, she worked in strategy consulting for two years, including defining AI adoption roadmaps across a range of industries.
