Ogechukwu Akabuike

Ogechukwu Akabuike is a Public Health Specialist and Researcher currently serving as the Research and Publication Officer at MACA. In this role, she leads research efforts and develops evidence-based content to support cancer advocacy, public education and policy engagement. With a strong background in molecular biology, public health research and disease surveillance, she contributes to advancing early detection and equitable access to cancer care.

Ogechukwu is passionate about using data- and science-driven advocacy to influence cancer policy and reduce the burden of lung and other cancers across Africa.
