Dr Rabiga Kadyrbayeva is a medical oncologist and researcher at the Chemotherapy Center of the Kazakh Institute of Oncology and Radiology (KazIOR), Kazakhstan’s foremost oncology institution. She holds MD and PhD degrees and serves as Vice Chair of the School of Medical Oncologists of Kazakhstan.
Her clinical expertise and research focus on thoracic oncology, gastrointestinal malignancies, and head and neck tumors. She has authored and co-authored studies in leading international journals and has collaborated with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center on research into survival prediction of people with cancer. Dr Kadyrbayeva is a participant in the Best of ASCO® Kazakhstan programme and contributes regularly to national oncology education and professional development.
Dr Kadyrbayeva combines active clinical work with a commitment to raising oncology standards across the region through research, teaching and institutional leadership.
